I like to keep my services very simple.
1. Personal Training – Personal training is one of the most effective ways to kick start a healthy lifestyle. By having the individual attention of myself you will receive an exercise plan that is specifically tailored to helping you achieve YOUR goals – all of which we measure using the SMART principal:

Trying to stay motivated on your own, particularly when trying to make key lifestyle and activity changes, can be incredibly difficult. There are a lot of people who have good intentions who join gyms, but then lets be honest, how many times a week do they actually go?!
Studies have shown that the average new gym member say they will attend three times per week when they sign up. In the first month of new gym memberships across some of the major gym players in the UK it is shown that the average attendance is actually 1.2 times per week! So lets be honest, what would it be like after the 3rd months?! Lets also remember, that is just an average, so there must be some that hardly go at all!
The most important part about signing up to a personal trainer is that you will then ‘make it happen’. . . once you have signed up with me I will make sure you turn up to every session!
All of my clients on a regular basis tell me that they would never work as hard, as effectively or as regularly if they were training on their own. Personal training is also not something you have to do forever. ACSM guidelines suggest that if you were to train 3 times per week for three months you will notice significant lifestyle changes. Through my experience this really works.
The Great Outdoors is my gym. No two sessions will ever be quite the same. It can become very boring using the same running machine, cross trainer, bike and weight machines so no wonder people get put off with the gym. If you train with me you will have fun!

2. Private Groups – Group training is a great way to get active by helping you to spread the cost of the training session and by allowing you to train with your friends. Unlike my competitors, I do not charge extra for group training to a maximum of four people. When there are more than four people I charge on a per person basis that is currently 30 % cheaper than my main competition in Maidstone.

3. Diet Analysis – Diets play a huge role in both staying healthy and also in weight loss. Brendan is able to offer a seven day diet analysis and is qualified in weight management and nutrition.
