Military Mills is run by Brendan Mills who is a Maidstone based personal trainer. All of the training he conducts is in the outdoors and is usually held at local parks. The fitness techniques that you will learn are safe and adaptable for all ages and abilities. These include a mixture of cardio vascular excersizes and resistance training techniques.

Brendan very much believes that anything you can achieve in a gym can be acheieved outside. The advantage of this (apart from the enjoyment of being outside), is that after a course with him you will learn techniques that will enable you to continue to excersize using your local environment without the on going costs of a commercial gym membership.

Brendan’s main focus is on helping people achieve their health and fitness goals, something that he has had personal experience in, and his key priority is to ensure that his clients make genuine long term changes.
